1. General Provisions

The administrator of personal data is KNP FOOD Sp. z o.o., ul. Widokowa 1, 62-510 Konin.  
The protection of data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and the data is stored on secured servers.  
We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security.  
Personal data provided in forms is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

2. Data Administrator

We are the administrator of our customers' data. This means that if you contact us via a form, we process your data, such as: name, surname, email address, phone number, and address. This data is processed solely by us and is not used in any other way. The data is stored for a period of 6 months, after which it will be automatically deleted.  
We are also the administrator of data of individuals subscribed to the newsletter and those who have consented to receive commercial information. In this case, your consent can be withdrawn by clicking the link in the footer of any message containing our offer.  
The personal data you entrust to us is processed:  
a) in accordance with personal data protection regulations,  
b) in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,  
c) to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, modify or terminate it, and properly perform electronically provided services,  
d) to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject: to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent given by you if you subscribed to the newsletter, to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent given by you if you subscribed to receive commercial information.  
Each individual whose data is processed (if we are the administrator) has the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their data, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (address: General Inspector for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue potential claims in court or if national, EU, or international laws oblige us to retain the data.  
We have the right to disclose the User's personal data and other data to entities authorized under applicable laws (e.g., law enforcement agencies).  
Deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the submission of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.  
We do not disclose personal data to entities other than those authorized under applicable laws. Your personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area to Google LLC based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission.  
We have implemented data encryption and access control, which minimizes the effects of any potential data security breach.  
Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we closely cooperate under entrustment agreements.  
Your personal data will be processed in an automated manner (including profiling), but this will not have any legal effects on you or similarly significantly affect your situation. Profiling of personal data involves processing your data (also in an automated manner) by using it to evaluate certain information about you, particularly to analyze or predict personal preferences and interests.

3. Cookies

The website www.knpfood.com uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser software on your computer. The parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information contained in them. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
